At The Custom Papers, we prioritize high-quality custom packaging and excellent service. We handle returns and refunds fairly for defective and non-defective items. 

Return Policy 

Defective Products
Notify us within 2 business days of receipt. Return by mail within 30 days for inspection. We’ll process a reprint (10 business days for bulk; expedited available for a fee). 

Non-Defective Products
Returns accepted within 30 days if unused and in original packaging. Reprints/replacements at your shipping expense. 

Refund Policy 

Partial refunds only—we retain 50% of product price due to custom production starting post-approval. No full refunds or compensation after delivery. 

To start: Email sales@thecustompapers.com within the timeframe, including order number and issue details. We’ll guide you. Refunds process within 2 business days of inspection.
