Manufacturing Process of Custom Food Paper Sheets

Each of these sheets are manufactured in our own manufacturing facility right here in the United States. Let’s shortly break down our manufacturing process. 

• Wood Pulping & Refining 

First, large wood blocks are crushed and put into chemicals. These chemicals break down the wood blocks and make fibers strong. Now these strong fibers are taken and washed through chemicals to remove impurities. Then we pass these fibers through heated rollers to remove moisture. 

• Coatings 

Coatings are what gives the grease, moisture, and heat-resistant properties to custom food paper wraps.  At TCP, we provide a wide range of coating options for food businesses to choose from such as: 

1. Wax Coating: Wax coating is suitable for wrapping paper for food packaging. This coating helps you keep your food items warm and fresh for a longer duration. 

1. PE Coating: You can go for these coating options if you sell fried food items. This coating prevents the penetration of oil and grease. 

1. Silicone Coating: This coating is done to give high heat-resistant properties to your sheets. By getting this coating done on your sheets you can easily use them for cooking and baking purposes.
