Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully. By using The Custom Papers website, you agree to be bound by them. As the sole owner of this site, we reserve the right to modify these terms at any time without notice. Check this page periodically for updates. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. If you disagree, stop using the site.

All content on this website is the exclusive property of The Custom Papers. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of any content requires our express written consent. Violators may face legal action under applicable copyright laws.

Order Process

Account Creation
Create an account using your email and password, or place orders as a guest—no account required.

Direct Orders
Select predefined dimensions and features on product pages, then complete checkout with secure payment.

Custom Quote Orders
Submit details via the quote form (below the order form). Our team will contact you by email or phone to confirm specifics (e.g., artwork, dimensions). Upon approval, we’ll send an invoice with a secure payment link.

Payment Methods

All payments are secure and processed in USD (or as specified). We begin production upon confirmed receipt. Provide artwork and specs in soft copy to avoid errors.

Printing Process

Design Selection
Choose from our templates, request team assistance, or upload your PSD artwork.

Design Approval
We send 2D mock-ups for your review and approval before printing. Carefully check details—approval initiates production.

Color Variations
Printing inks and processes may cause color shifts. By approving designs and placing orders, you accept that we are not liable for variations. No reprints for color issues due to process limits, design files, or formats.

Order Cancellation

Cancel within 4 hours of placement at no cost. After 4 hours but within 24 hours, a 20% fee applies due to process changes. After 24 hours or post-delivery, cancellation incurs a 50% deduction. We are not liable for delays beyond our control.

Overruns and Underruns

We aim for exact quantities, but recommend ordering 10% extra. A 5% overrun/underrun is possible.

Returns and Refunds Policy

Returns
For defective products, notify us within 2 business days of receipt. Return by mail within 30 days for inspection. We’ll process reprints (10 business days for bulk; expedited for a fee).

Non-defective returns accepted within 30 days if unused and in original packaging—shipping at your expense.

Refunds
Partial refunds only (retaining 99% due to custom production post-approval). No full refunds post-delivery. Contact sales@thecustompapers.com with order number and issue details. Refunds process within 2 business days of inspection.

No Liability for Errors

After design approval, we are not responsible for:

Spelling, grammar, font, or punctuation errors

Graphics or cracking issues

Overprinting, color variations, or size differences

User Conduct

Your data is secured with SSL. By ordering, you consent to sharing necessary information and agree to our Privacy Policy. You must be of legal age and capable of entering contracts. Do not post inaccurate, obscene, or objectionable content. We are not liable for user-generated content—report issues to authorities.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify The Custom Papers and affiliates against claims, damages, or costs from:

Issues with your submitted typography, images, graphics, or materials

Printing and Materials

We select suitable printing methods. Specify material preferences upfront (e.g., food-grade)—non-food-grade is default.

Turnaround Time and Delivery

Routine turnaround: 4-6 business days (longer for bulk). Shipping is free within Pakistan; international orders incur extra charges and customer-handled customs. We strive for on-time delivery but are not liable for weather, technical, or logistics delays.

Holidays observed: New Year’s Day, Eid, Independence Day, Labor Day, Christmas, and others as announced.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms without notice. Continued use implies acceptance.

The Custom Papers, its owners, partners, and agents are not liable for direct/indirect damages from site use or unauthorized access.
